Usage of "Subject to"

Unread post by Efendi »

Hello Dear Sir or Madams. :)

Could I make a sentence like:

" XX product subject to the international property right of YY company"

I meant to say that the company X has international and industrial property right on the production of the product.

I highly apretiate for your help.

Best Regards.

"XX product subject to the international property right of YY company"

This suggests that XX is controlled by YY. It implies that YY has the property rights. So it is not really clear what you want to say.

We are all subject to gravity.
