Celta advice

Hey Guys

I need some advice on how to start my teaching journey.
I decided I want to do a CELTA course, but I'm not sure if that's a good start.
I spent half of my life living in the UK, I'm working in London as an accountant and I don't have a degree.
I'm worried about grammar, as I know none of the theory, would it be a better idea to do a cpe first? it's quite a workload though.
Also, would it increase my chances significantly to get a job?
