Help with wording in a Spanish contract

Hi everybody,
I've got a bit of a particular situation, but I'll spare you the details. Basically, what I need is the responsibilities section of the contract outlined in Spanish. It's a private company, and no formal testing is necessary. I basically just need something that elegantly describes the needs of an ESL classroom and how the teacher is to fulfill that. It doesn't have to be too long either...
