Which are correct:


1) They arrested that brother of Harry's who has a pawn shop, not the one who owns a pizza parlor.
2) They arrested the brother of Harry's who has a pawn shop, not the one who owns a pizza parlor.


3) They arrested that brother of Harry who has a pawn shop, not the one who owns a pizza parlor.
4) They arrested the brother of Harry who has a pawn shop, not the one who owns a pizza parlor.

5) They arrested Harry's brother who has a pawn shop, not the one who owns a pizza parlor.

Except for (5), any might be informally used, but (1) or (2) would be standard usage.
