Are these sentences correct:
1) I have heard a lot of criticism of him because of drinking excessively.
2) I have heard a lot of criticism of him because of his drinking excessively.

3) I have heard a lot of criticism of him for drinking excessively.

4) I have heard a lot of criticism of him for his drinking excessively.
