The Future of AI Chatbots – Boon or Bane?

AI-powered chatbots are transforming industries, from customer service to healthcare. They improve efficiency, reduce costs, and provide 24/7 support. However, concerns about job displacement, lack of human empathy, and data privacy persist. Are chatbots truly enhancing user experiences, or are they making interactions too robotic? AI is taking over, especially the first line of service.

Of course human interaction cannot be compared, but at a price point, most companies will lean towards AI.

However, AI is so cost effective any company can implement it without the need for spending vast amounts on personnel and training.

Use AI as a tool to learn English will be helpful I think
