Study Grammar Rules: Start by learning the basic grammar rules of the language. Use grammar books, online resources, or take a course to understand the fundamentals.
Read Regularly: Reading books, articles, and other materials in the language can help you internalize grammar structures. Pay attention to sentence construction and how words are used in context.
Practice Writing: Write daily in the language to practice applying grammar rules. Keep a journal, write essays, or create content for a blog.
Use Language Learning Apps: Apps like Duolingo, Babbel, or Rosetta Stone offer grammar exercises and lessons.
Take Notes: When reading or studying, note down new grammar points and review them regularly.
Participate in Language Exchange: Engage with native speakers or other learners to practice speaking and receive feedback on your grammar.
Work with a Tutor: A tutor can provide personalized instruction and correct your mistakes in real-time.
Practice Translation: Translate sentences from your native language to the target language and vice versa. This helps you understand how grammar works in both languages.
Use Grammar Checker Tools: Tools like Grammarly can help you identify and correct grammar mistakes in your writing.
Watch Movies and TV Shows: Watching content in the language can help you hear how grammar is used naturally in speech.
Remember, improving grammar takes time and patience, so don't get discouraged if progress seems slow. Keep practicing, and you'll see improvement over time.

Re: How to improve grammar ability?
I'm a teacher of English and I often advise my students to read acclaimed authors, and witty authors.
Also, write for your self. Keep a journal (a magical thing), where you can practice using language. It's odd to think that a natural born speaker needs to practice such a thing, but it's true! Fill the journal at first with those pasages you've read that you think just feel neat. Bad-ass quotes, cool phrasing, a nice pretty soliloquy. Copy them, handle them, toss em around and make them yours, and then emulate it. Find an author you like and straight up copy their way. Feel their Grammer, their style. And then move from copying to imitating to being inspired by.

How I Met Your Mother has been one of my go-to shows for learning English. Hearing the characters interact naturally has definitely helped me understand grammar in context.

I've 3 tips for you:
1, Write every single day!
2, Use language apps. (can try different ones)
3, chat or live talk with native speakers.
These all help with grammar. Gotta keep at it!
