whoever is ill

1) Whover is ill, you think is going to die.
2) Whover is ill, you think they are going to die.

3) Whatever I say, you say is wrong.
4) Whatever I say, you say it is wrong.

Which of the above sentences are correct?

(Assuming you mean 'whoever' in 1 & 2), informally at least all are basically acceptable.
