Not really. They've just come up with the idea of writing about "jobs" and Dan is
suggesting refining that to "famous people's jobs".

I understand the "Dan suggesting famous people's jobs" part. I don't understand the difference between the two he might use
Let's write about famous people's jobs!
and
We're going to write about famous people's jobs!
Would you please explain it a little more?

2 is a statement of fact
