I agree up to the point that if you want to work for an international company, you should learn English. Companies from all over the world start to have tight connections under the economic globalization, which means you will be more competitive if you learn english. I go to Lexis to learn English because I need to get a job. Then I will have had work experience by the time I go back to China.
