In mainland China three days including the coming Saturday and Sunday are the holiday of Mid-Autumn Festival, when people may join each other for a happy reunion, so again traffic jam is unavoidable. Here and there freeways become huge parking lots. This year China introduces the system of ETC (Electric Toll Collection) at the gate of freeways, but due to short time in use, many drivers are not used to that facility and congestion still forms. the root cause is the toll, if the government can stop collecting the money, then everything is no problem at all, but as you know, nobody will give up such a good opportunity to make money. Chinese people often tell to themselves "When there is a chance to earn money and you do not seize it, you are a tortoise or a turtle (both words are not good ones in addressing people in Chinese, something like ass or dumb ass in English.)
