What do you prefer to eat in the breakfast?

Tell me about your preferences please.

In my case, I would prefer to eat fruits, cereals. Sometimes I like to eat "gallo pinto", this is a typical dish in my country... If you want to know more about it,

just tell me...

Hmm, I suppose I have already told about my breakfast preferencies here, well, doesn't matter...

So I drink coffee - this is indispensable, black one with lemon sometimes, then it may be oat cereals with almond and raisins, it may be be just fatless cottage cheese aaand...
... I was presented a very useful kitchen equipment recently. It is called - sandwich maker. I do like to roast a bit of corn bread, then put inside leaf lettuce and a slice of cheese.

Yummy!

Also I like porridge, all the kinds of! Especially cream of wheat (haven't known it is called that way) and oat porridge, of course!

Wow~~The breakfast you have was delicious~~ i prefer to have porridge as my breakfast ~Any porridge resipe to share with us?

Nowadays, I'm just having 3 pieces of potato flavour buns with a cup of Milo Mocha....

hmmm!!! That sounds great Huah Yu!!! Sometimes I prefer to eat in breakfast a piece of a delicious chocolat cake with orange juice!!!

Isn't a healthy breakfast but I like the chocolat cake very much!!!

wow~~i like chocolate cake with orange juice...If i have Blueberry chocolate cake with a drinks name " Happiness" be my breakfast...Feels like having breakfast in heaven...haha~

Fried rice, salted egg and dried fish is my favorite breakfast....
This is better with tomatoes and hot coffee....
I certainly love this food...

I prefer these things for the breakfast
Whole grains like
Rolls, bagels, cereals, low fat bran muffins, crackers, or Melba toast.
Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs.
Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses.
This breakfast provide me complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein and a small amount of fat.
