Hi Kousuke

I do not know what is! But you think that it can obtain it in some restaurant in Costa Rica? I am of this country and this food is very common here! Think that Soba "in a restaurant can request" and me they serve it? Me you recommend it? I would like much to begin to eat different things and I would like that people as you she recommends different meals to me Thanks

Soba,buckwheatnodles,is japanese traditional noodlesfood.

It is made from plant which is called buckwheat.

Soba lookslike ramen and udon but it has the highest nutritive value.

There is a crepe made from Soba.

Do you know it?

I love soba. We had it for breakfast during our family camping trip last time.
