hi every body,
I'm asking for some tips to help me in losing some kilos,especially for the stomac
I need a piece of an advice

Try diet plus excersice,
walk or run 30 minuts per day.
Let out of your diet: bread, cookies, all kind of cereals, except oat (that is excellent for hig levels or cholesterol), let out refined carbohidrates iclude integral cereals.
Eat what ever you want of vegetables of green colors.
eat little quatities of carrots, corn, betabel, onion.
Eat fruits, but not mixed them. let out bananas.
Drink 2 lt of watter.
and the mos important CONTINUO and adopt the diet as a life style.

Remember that milk is necessary because it has high levels of calcium. But it has animal fat, then it must be drinking with restriction: only 100 ml in the brakfas and 100 mil in the dinner. no more.
As you say let out milk products.
The exception is the cheese, it coudl be eating rather that poultry, fish or meat, an onlu 30 gms in breakfast, 60 gms in the lunch and 30 gms in ther dinner.
The protein is necessary to give food to your muscles and sometimes the protein in the vegetables is not enough to those pourpus.

You know, Elba, we have to take into consideration the areal factor... Fruit and fresh vegetables are not quite healthy and fresh in winter time in Russia, I don't know what makes the apples so big when it's -20 Celsius...
does anybody know if peaches and grapes and potatoes are better to be excluded from the ration?
and about the dairy products... I have breakfast with 100 g of Dutch cheese fat-less and sometimes drink... (I failed trying to translate it - do you drink it??) kefir
and also try not to eat after pm 6

Drink alot of water
exercise
dont eat alot
dont eat sweets alot
dont take too much proteins and vitamins
try to get involved in any sport such as football, cricket etc
