I'm having an ongoing argument with my son who insists the following is a complete sentence.
The face a dad makes when he sees an F.
I argue not as there is no clear verb; it all seems to be only the subject or object of a sentence.
For example:
This is the face a dad makes when he sees an F. or The face a dad makes when he sees an F is truly disgusting.
Thoughts anyone?
Sentence or not?
