Because S+V and S+V, S+V.

Post by marziparzi »

I have a question on when there are two dependent clauses that are within a "Because".

I think
Because S+V and S+V, S+V.
is the right format. But I'm worried that's actually bad grammar and actually has to be
Because S+V and because S+V, S+V.
or
Because S+V, and S+V, S+V.
(Example)
Because meaningful purchases are often expensive and unexpected emergencies require some savings as a financial safety net, I believe it is better to save the money that I earn.

Unless your sentence is so long that you might risk losing your reader, there is normally no need to repeat "because".
