Please tell me which word I should use in the following sentence, PUT or SEND:
Boring movies often SEND OR PUT me to sleep.

send someone to sleep = make someone sleep through boredom

put someone to sleep = make someone unconscious with drugs or an anaesthetic

put an animal to sleep = kill an animal painlessly

Your sentence would be:

Boring movies often send me to sleep. :r:
