Hi,
This adverb refers to something in the past. Therefore, we can use it with the Present Perfect or Past Simple. For example:
I recently realised that it was a lie.
I have been looking for a job recently.

Is it also possible to use Present Continuous? If yes, can you explain why? Example:
I am recently working on a new project.

Are there any other tenses we can use recently with?

Present Continuous doesn't work with recently.

Some people might use it with the Past Perfect (He had recently been looking for...) but purists would resist that on the grounds that recent refers to a past period close to the real present.
