Are they all correct ?
And what about past simple tense ?

Are they all correct ? Yes :ok:

And what about past simple tense ?
I did not know when/who
What tenses can I use after wh words when I use past simple tense ?
 After past simple "I didn't know + wh ...", past tenses and past perfect tenses are common, and 'would' instead of 'will'. It's sometimes possible to use a present tense, but you wouldn't normally use a present perfect tense.
