Hello everyone; quick question: is the following sentence ok?
People should be encouraged to find good jobs that matches their skills, which would give them a better chance of securing long-term work.

Thanks.. what about the use of would? Wouldn’t it be a better choice to use “Will” instead?

That pesky little should is rather conditional, calling for a conditional would (IMHO)
