Ending a speech

Post by Marcin »

Hi, I was wondering if it is correct to end a speech or statment with a sentence like this:
That would be it, thank you!
Does it is sound OK or perhaps: "That's it, thank you!" is a better choice?

Thanks!

They are both rather abrupt but the second is more idiomatic.
