Is it "will not have the access to email" or is it "will not have access to the email"
Im leaning towards the second option but would love a native answer, im setting up a out of office reply
Thank you for your help :)

Re: "the"
"will not have access to email" ("the" is not correct in both cases)
or possibly
"will not have access to my email"
or possibly
"will not have access to my email"

Re: "the"
If you mean "email" versus "e-mail", no, it makes no difference at all (to your original question).

I will be away from office until x and will not have access to e-mail. I will be glad to read your mail after that date. Please contact x, telephone no. x, e-mail x for any urgent matters. Thank you for your understanding.
Thoughts? Thanks for helping me look professional :)

I used email not e-mail because it's my personal preference, but nothing really wrong with e-mail
