Got an exercise in English, like below:

The correct answer is D. Could C be considered as right answer also?

Sorry to say, but none of the answers are correct.

In English, we don't say that someone "owns" followers on YouTube.

The most common verb is "to have".

...a few years later, she HAS fourteen million followers on Youtube.
