The 2nd sentence is wrong. To do something is active, something is done is passive.

somebody is done this makes no sense.

Corrections,
I would have done this if you had given me a chance.=> third conditional, no possibility; conditional+perfect simple. We talk about a condition in the past that did not happen. (http://www.englishclub.com/grammar/verb ... onal_4.htm)

I would have been being done with the project if I had been given enough time on it.=> third conditional, no possibility; passive voice+conditional+perfect continuous. We talk about a condition in the past that did not happen. (http://www.englishclub.com/grammar/verb ... onal_4.htm) [This sentence can be written as, I would have done the project if I had been given enough time on it.]

"Somebody is done for and forgotten" does have sense! (lol).

'Had he seen me I'd have been done for'. This time I am lucky.

I didn't say that somebody is done for makes no sense.
somebody is done for = somebody is dead, or, his career is dead.

Sorry anyway, somebody is done means s/he is completely tired.
