Hello. I would first like to applaud you on your great English skills. I see that you need help with fractions. They may seem confusing when trying to use them in English, but they are simpler than they appear.

There are mainly two ways to express fractions in word form. The first method I will tell you is probably the easiest. Simply take the word form of both numbers and insert the word 'over' in between them:

*Two over three
*Thirteen over forty
*Two hundred fifty-seven over sixty

Another way, which is harder, is to take the bottom number and convert it into its "position" word (first, second, third, fourth, etc.) and add an 's' to it:

*Two-thirds
*Thirteen-fortieths
*Two hundred fifty-seven-sixitieths
