Yes it is a gerund.
I like laughing.
I had never used the structure "I like you laughing." with "to like", but with "to see" : I see you laughing, I make you laughing...

I watched a movie starred by Arnold Schwarzenegger. The actor said: "I don't like you using a foul language". I believe this is the same structure as you were using, Matt.
