You mean vocabulary related to the house? Like: rooms (bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, garage...), garden, fence... Or do you mean grammar?

If you want to describe your house or your appartment or its interior design, I think simple present tense should be appropriate.

I hope you will find the following words useful:
gate, fence, front garden, front door, rear door, balcony, clean, tiny, mass, The lounge, rooms, kitchen, fridge, sink taps, diskwasher, stool, cooker, oven, cupboards, frying pan, carpet, vase, armchair, curtains. alarm clock, shower, bath, towel, etc.
