They said " It is not a language training but a scientific work!"

I can't find any logical explanation for that! English is so important nowadays! And i know any other University would be happy to have students that want to write their thesis in English! There are even some that force you to do so!
But there's still a little chance...i send a long e-mail to my school, begging to let me do my thesis in English!
Maybe it helps...

  i didn't succeed! There is no way to convince these Prof. Dr. whatever!! It sucks so much!! But as my boss recommended i should not start that never ending fight. These guys are stronger! I should rather use the time i have to write a perfect thesis in German. I've been fighting for so much things with my University, that already cost so much energy   I am really not a person that gives up without fighting ( i'm a rebel, to be honest  ) but in this case i will! I realized that i am just too weak to win that fight. But hey...i have plans for my future :P and that's all what counts at the moment!

To your question, roxcaan i am at a University of Applied Sciences in Germany. I study Business specialized in Logistics.
And yea, you are right! First our schools teach us English as the most important language and then, when you come up with such a thing, they forbid it!

I don't know how you guys see that, but for me it is a challenge to write a thesis in English! And for a University it should be an honour to have students doing this! Because for them it must be a sign that's telling "hey! our students learn something here!"

-but if they don't want! OK!!! I'll simply finish that sh*** and go on with my plans and trying to reach my goals. :P :D

Sunshine, the real reason is that all those Dr.s and Prof.s would feel uncertain to fully understand the contents of your thesis...

Why don't you show them a thesis written in ancient Greek? Then you could tell them: "Well, sirs, you have forbidden to use English, you didn't mention ancient Greek at all..."
