please guide me! how I will learn to speak English.

There are several ways to learn English language. Not only to speak but also to write and understand.
The simplest one, in my opinion, is by getting proper books and learning at home. I started this way.
You can also find a tutor, either over the Internet or in your town.
I'm recently having English lessons over Skype every second week.
I also find useful watching movie in English.
Besides, two weeks ago I've registered in this forum and exercise writing as you see.
Or you can move to UK or USA and live there. It's the best way i guess.

I'm doing spelling or grammar mistakes sometimes because I'm still learning.

Well, personally, it helped me that I tried to read a lot of different fiction books and novels. It's a great way to expand your vocabulary.

There are plenty of ways to learn and speak English. You can use English speaking software or you can practice english speaking with your friends.
