What is the tense used in the sentence " Wear What You READ" ? is the word "READ" in the past or present?Hope you can help me.

The spelling of present and past tense is the same for this verb 'read' - although the pronunciation is different. So you'd have to guess which tense is more likely in the context.

As darcy said, there's no definite answer here since "read" has the same spelling of present and past tense. However, my opinion is that in this case, the present tense makes more sense. The phrase is most likely derived from "you are what you read" which is derived from "you are what you eat", so the message here is that just like eating healthy makes your body healthy, reading quality books makes your mind shine.
