I was wondering, what is the biggest problem that you have in your daily activity as EFL Teachers?
I mean something that you would change, if you had the possibility.
The answer is quite open. Maybe more money? More classes? Less classes? Better colleagues? Classes with less students? Better employers? Better classrooms? etc.

It depends on the kind of teaching, for example in a school or online etc.

But one of the biggest problems for teachers in language schools is being sent out to companies to teach at their offices. That in itself is ok, but the real problem comes when they send you to one company in the east of the city and another in the west. So much of the day is spent in unpaid travelling. That's something I'd like a magic wand for!

I guess it depends where you live. I mean, if you live in London this is a real big issue .

Don't your school get more money from companies if the teaching activities take place outside the school?

If they do they don't pass it on to me

Yes, it's a problem in big cities like London, Paris, Bangkok, Tokyo etc
