What are the differences between heart warming, hearting warmful and warm hearted?

My landlady made some food for me during this unpredicted coronavirus time. As a foreigner, I am feeling not alone and would like to say a huge thank you to her. Iｗould like to express my appreciation and also my feelings. But not sure what the differences between heart warming, hearting warmful and warm hearted? Thank you for answering.

Now this seems to be a real dictionary question-but.. Warm-hearted is somewhat like good-hearted, used to describe someone who is well-meaning and generous and empathetic.

Heart-warming is to describe a situation or gesture or sight, something that fills you with positive feelings such as gratefulness.
