Online Tutor Platforms

Hi Guys

We have done face to face teaching for ages but are looking to expand into the online learning arena.

Do you have any recommendations for a secure Online Teaching Platforms that would be suitable for English tutoring?

Apart from audio and video we are looking for easy ways to swop writing - especially "pen on paper" type writing by students. Does any of these systems have a scanner interface to enable this? Or is it all external?
