Agree with you. But right information according to subject is as compulsory as the usage of grammar. And yes poor writing skills is a kind of reflection of the the personality. For a good carrier it is very important to have the good writing and speaking skills with working skills. It is best for boost your carrier.

Well, I have studied a lot of grammar books, but what has made me interested is the book Bordary Crossing. It taught me how to read, how to write, and grammar basically.
