test proof-reading didn't score

hello everyone,

i've recently done test proof-reading for EN (UK) and they said it didn't score. being a perfectionist, i am curious to know what i've left out...

if some of you are kind enough to quickly look through my corrected text (half a page) and point out mistakes i omitted, i'd really appreciate that. (please UK native speakers only)
