In today's edition of Financial Times appears a news relative to Catalan's debt:
Headline: "CATALAN CREDIT CRUNCH THREATENS TO UNDERMINE SPAIN'S EFFORT"
It's true that Catalonia has a credit debt of 10.000 million Euro. But this is not the completely reality. Catalonia is submitted by Spain to a fiscal deficit of 22.000 millions Euro per year. A really shame that is unmatched in any country in the world. With these money that takes off from Catalonia, Spain constructs big airports and wide freeways where you can make a camping because the freeways are used by three cars per hour... Yes, airports like Ciudad Real's airport (the city has 70000 inhabitants) with one four kilometres long airstrip, a facilities with capacity for two million passengers / year and a cost of 1100 millions Euro that is used by three aircraft per week of a company with deficit and subsidized by the State.
The reality is that Spain don't be able to manage the money that STOLE from Catalonia. And you know: the money you has earned with your effort don't has the same valour than the money you has easily won.
Why some newspapers don't show all reality. Only a part and no the whole reality?
Do you agree? what's your opinion?
