Hahaha. I love how they make fun of her accent and the fact that she's Canadian. I don't have anything against Canada though. In fact, I'd like to settle there with my family if our plan a doesn't push through.

For Canadian members, which province has the most number of hospitality related jobs aside from Toronto?

Most people can not tell the difference between American and Canadian accent.

^Thanks. I just figured that with the French being dominant in some parts of Canada, the accent is affected as well.

I have a question for our North American members. Do you have 2nd languages as well? Like us non-native English speakers, English is our 2nd language. :)

Hi, Becca.
It's great to have a native speaker in this forum.

I suppose you mean "Indian American" as American native...

Hello everyone

I'm Malek , 27 years old , Male , US.Citizen but I still learning English ( what a shame).I spent my whole life overseas.I graduated from Medical school 2 years ago but due to some personal issues I haven't practiced Medicine yet.Anyway,It's been 6 months since I came to USA in order to take some exams and start practicing Medicine.Currently,I'm working in a gas station to cover my expenses.I live in a very boring city in upstate NY.I would be happy to make some friendships here.
